TAGA Harmony customers and professional installers insisted to design high class in-ceiling speakers which would be able to provide the similar level of sound quality as can be found in highly acclaimed TAV-606F SE (Special Edition) floorstanding speakers from the Audio-Video series.
TAGA Harmony engineers had taken up this challenge and after many months of intense testing and measurements created a totally-updated GTCS v.2 series.
GTCS v.2 sound can be compared to regular home speakers – it is clean, natural and dynamic what is hard to be find in most CI speakers.
TAGA Harmony specialized horn-like TWG TAGA Waveguide tweeter faceplate, known from home products is now available in in-ceiling speakers – it supports equal and flat dispersion of sound in and off the axis of the driver providing exceptionally wide dispersion throughout a listening area.

GRILL
TBF – TAGA Bezel-Free grills are magnetically mounted and paintable. Grill magnets are very strong and mounted in the chassis invisibly from the outer side. They are aesthetic and virtually disappear in the ceiling.
CHASSIS & BRACKETS
TIMPC - TAGA Injection-Molded Polymer Chassis is very rigid and strong to minimize distortions, vibrations or resonances. The whole chassis is in a white color to provide even further blending with your ceiling.
TEI – TAGA Easy Install mounting brackets are extremely easy and safe to install.

HIGH-FREQUENCY DRIVER
1” (25 mm) silk dome tweeter with ferrofluid cooling and damping can handle high power and its performance is very accurate, clear, smooth and detailed.
TWG TAGA Waveguide - specialized horn-like design of tweeter faceplate utilizing concave diffusers supports equal and flat dispersion of sound in and off the axis of the driver.
The tweeter is mounted on a transverse rib very close to the upper surface of the speaker to further disperse high frequencies around the room.
BASS-MIDRANGE DRIVER
The bass-midrange driver utilizing a rigid and ultra-light paper cone with oversized magnet structure (Φ100 in GTCS-606-6R SE and Φ80 in GTCS-606-5R SE), ferrum injection-molded chassis with anti-oxidation surface process, heavy duty voice coil and coil former for increased power handling, can play deep, precise and detailed bass as well as very rich, spacious and sweet mids.
CROSSOVER
High quality, close-tolerance and precisely selected crossover components and internal wires for absolute sound neutrality, high long-term power and reliability.
BINDING POSTS
TEC – TAGA Easy Connection: all speakers use high quality push-in banana binding posts accepting raw speaker cables up to 10AWG and most popular types of connectors (banana or pin plugs). Our binding posts make any installation a very easy task to do.
